Once they get started on the products

Send them the 1-2-3 Video

  • Tell them to Text and/or Call when their box arrives, after they watch the “How to do a Shake Day with Isagenix” and “How to Cleanse with Isagenix” videos

  • Welcome them to the BEHealthy group (if you haven’t already) - Congratulate on ordering their first box!

  • Ask them “When are they going to start? When are you going to do you first cleanse day?”

  • Be sure to check in with them 1x/day the first few days and tag them in helpful posts in the BEHealthy group (Healthy Snacking options, Cleanse Day Tips, etc.)

  • Everyone is more than welcome to post questions in the BEHealthy group - encourage them to use the group

  • Schedule the “Pantry Refresh” call 15-20 days after they placed their order to walk through their Subscription order to update

  • Continue to check in, tag in documents/posts, and be sure to invite to our BEHealthy Challenges. The deeper they are connected to the BEHealthy community, the higher the retention rate.
